Climate

The Costablanca boasts a warm dry climate all year with over 360days of sun and an average temperature of 18oC and summer temperatures of over 35 oC.

Golf

The villas are situated in the Las Ramblas Golf Course. Within 5minutes drive two further Golf Courses are available at Villa Martin and Campoamor

Beaches

The Costa Blanca is famous for its beaches that are within a short drive of the villas. The beaches range from miles of beach and dunes planted with pine trees at Guardamar, to the secluded bays to the south. There are also many ports and marinas offering boating, sailing and cruises.

Restaurants

There is an extensive range of gastronomy within easy reach in the towns and villages offering local and international cuisine to suit all tastes.

Shopping

Torrevieja is only 8km away and has many interesting shops and street markets. Alicante is a large city and capital of the region within about 50min drive.

Local Amenities

Torrevieja offers modern medical facilities, a modern municipal sports centre, water park and other recreational facilities. A new large theme park was opened in 2000 near to Benidorm, about 1.5hrs drive.
